DBNA’s Project Gallery is a multifaceted educational and informational gallery which documents and celebrates the creation of the Atlantic Yards Community Benefits Agreement. The Gallery also empowers and enhances the consciousness of our community by highlighting Brooklyn’s rich history, thereby offering solutions for productive action in the 21st century.

A few of the highlights produced by DBNA Project Gallery’s Center for the Study of History, Culture, and Social Movements include the installation of a Commemorative Plaque at the “Old Bridge Street Church” located in Metrotech Plaza,  The co-sponsoring  of the Black Power Olympians of  the 1968 Mexico Olympics on April 21, 2009, the commemorative plaque at Fulton Landing marking the location of the arrival of Frederick Douglass in New York and our famous Freedom Walk.
